SimScheduler
SimScheduler advertises one facility-level charge: USD 149 per month per facility. The offer includes unlimited bays and unlimited bookings, with no per-bay or per-booking charge.

Birrdi
Birrdi lists pay-per-reservation brackets of USD 1.00 for 1–100 reservations, USD 0.60 for 101–500, USD 0.40 for 501–1,000, and USD 0.25 for 1,001 or more.
Birrdi says pricing resets monthly and all reservations in the month use the reached tier's rate. It separately lists one-time setup options of USD 500, USD 1,000, and USD 2,000.
